2/29/2024 0 Comments Downloading Dead Cells![]() I wish I could contact support again but I sent them that I was ok so it would have been dumb, so I decided that this sub was my last resort. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times, and also both soft and hard-rebooted my device. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy J5 running Android 9.0, with 2.2GB of free space. Unfortunately, at this point, the game after a while gave me another error, more precisely error "-100", and deleted all of the additionally downloaded data, sending me straight back to my very first issue. ![]() It actually made me progress: when launching the game this time around I would get a text saying something along the lines of "100% Almost ready". I preventively replied them that I sorted everything out (silly me), and tried their fix. So I contacted Playdigious support, and they replied me that I needed to conclude the second download BEFORE launching the game for the first time. As I lainched the app, after it was done downloading, it just gave me a black screen and crashed, doing the same every time I tried to get back in. So, 2 or 3 days ago I decided to purchase the game on Android during the sale, after which I downloaded the game and launched it right away (without noticing another download having started).
